Normally booked as a 60 Minute treatment, using the pregnancy pillow to allow you to lay comfortably on your stomach.  Or traditional side lying treatment can be done.  Focusing on relaxation and helping the body adjust to the continuous changes it goes through during pregnancy.

During a hot stone massage, the techniques of a regular massage are applied. However, the therapist also works with hot stones that are placed on specific parts of the body.

The stones are smooth and flat and usually made of the volcanic rock type called basalt. These particular stones are chosen because they retain heat.

It allows the therapist to work deeper without applying more pressure.

Length: 90 Minutes

A relaxing mixture of sugar and essential oils  massaged quickly on the skin to remove dead skin and help exfoliate the skin leaving it feeling soft, moisturized and smooth. The Sugaring mix is removed with hot towels and then a moisturizing lotion is applied.  Full body treatment, avoiding the face as the skin is too sensitive. 

This treatment is a slow-paced, soothing massage focused on muscles and connective tissues of the face, neck, scalp, upper back, and shoulders. It incorporates soothing effleurage, deep thumb and finger pressure along with friction movements designed to reduce stress, ease muscle pain, and naturally improve health and circulation. Conditions treated include migraines, tinnitus, sinusitis, insomnia, anxiety and depression.

** Indie Hot Stone Massage $165 **

This treatment is a slow-paced, soothing massage combining a Hot Stone massage and Indie Head.  Focusing on the full body but emphasizing muscles and connective tissues of the face, neck, scalp, upper back, and shoulders. It uses effleurage, deep thumb and finger pressure along with friction movements designed to reduce stress, ease muscle pain, and naturally improve health and circulation. Conditions treated include migraines, tinnitus, sinusitis, insomnia, anxiety and depression.
